Capoeira

Capoeira is a unique cultural expression born in Brazil,which gathers martial art, gymnastics, popular culture itself and music all together. Pilates

Pilates is a sport activity of low-intensity physical activity, based on correcting posture and muscle rebalancing. It is a good complement to the weekly routine, as it prevents the accumulation of tension caused by incorrect and/or repetitive postures. It has a special focus on strengthening the abdominal area and relieving lower back and neck pain.


Some benefits of practicing Pilates are:

- Improved balance between body and mind;
- Improvement of posture and relief of general muscle tension and, mainly, in the shoulder and lower back area;
- Development of control, strength and muscle tone;

Circuit Training

Circuit Training consists in a set of physical exercises, performed one after the other, with little or no time of rest  between them, in order to maintain high intensity and induce caloric expenditure. This is one of the best sport activities for weight loss and improving general physical condition.

Senior Gymnastics

Promotes improved quality of life through the benefits of regular physical activity; develops the improvement of functional autonomy through motor stimulation, as well as socio-affective autonomy and social integration.

Capolates (Seniors)

​It consists in a Fusion between Capoeira and Pilates, with the aim of promoting quality longevity and an active and healthy lifestyle. It Develops the improvement of functional autonomy through motor stimulation, as well as socio-affective autonomy and social integration.

Personal Training is recommended for everyone and it is distinguished by personalized planning by a physical exercise professional, taking into account the specific characteristics, needs and objectives of each person.
